Elizabeth O'Brien

Elizabeth O'Brien was born and raised in Richland Center, WI where the abundance of outdoor activities and untouched nature helped mold her perspectives and connections which would become apparent in later work. Elizabeth started creating work using acrylic and plexiglas, in a reverse removal manner. While living in Montana, the landscape and attitude played a huge role in influencing her natural lines of movement, as well as earth tones and intricate balances created between things.

Shecky's Events a Success!

Shecky's Girls Night Out was a huge success!! We had Sara, Teresa, and Laura doing fantastic updos and styles. Markus, Carolyn, and Raven doing nails. And Natalie our amazing brow artists doing brow consults. Akayla and Kate were our greeters for the evening and made sure all the guests were greeted with a smile and a little bit of info about the salon. We have had a great response and welcome everyone new who has been able to experience East 42nd Street Salon in person!
